Deosen Biochemical (Ordos) Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise who is specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and technical services of hydrocolloids and stabilizers. Deosen was established on July 3rd, 2005. It originated from Shandong Zhongxuan Corporation Ltd. which was founded in 1992. Now Deosen's production base is headquartered in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, and the sales department is headquartered in Zibo City, Shandong Province.
Deosen Biochemical (Ordos) Ltd has become one of the largest Xanthan Gum manufacturers worldwide with annual capacity of 48000 MT stored using 11500m2 large warehouse. On February 9th,2010, a second production plant was constructed in Dalate, Ordos, Inner Mongolia Province which enlarge the production capacity to a higher level. Now it is the largest manufacturing base for emulsifier and thickener for food additive- Xanthan gum.

Xanthan Gum (Ziboxan®)
Deosen's xanthan gum products are a high molecular weight polysaccharide. It is produced through the fermentation of a carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris. Xanthan gum could be made from corn, which has a special molecular structure that provides many special characteristics in broad-based applications. It is used as a rheology modifier in aqueous systems, as a stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions, and an emulsifier. Its numerous areas of applications cover a broad xanthan gum market spectrum and range from the food industry to oil well drilling.

Deosen offers various grades of gellan gum : Zibogel HAE (Gel Strength of 400-700g/cm2), Zibogel HAPE (Gel Strength of Min 650g/cm2), Zibogel LA (Gel Strength of Min 850g/cm2). Gellan gum is one of the most promising microbial polysaccharides in recent years, it is a microbial metabolic gum which can be widely used in the food industry. Gellan gum has been widely used as emulsifer, suspending agent, thickener, stabilizer, geling agent, tissue culture medium, film-forming agent in food, beverages, cosmetics industry helping in improved product quality and reduced costs.
In 2021, Deosen launched a new product - High acyl gellan gum. High acyl gellan gum is a white to cream-colored powder with a unique fragrance of the fermented product. It has a unique soft and elastic gelling property, as well as thickening and stabilizing effects. At low concentrations high acyl gellan gum has good rheological properties and it can play a good suspending effect.
Low acyl gellan gum is a polysaccharide colloid gel which is obtained by biological fermentation, which has the advantages such as: low dosage, high transparency, strong-aroma releasing ability, acid resistance and alkali resistance. The gel of low acyl gellan gum is a brittle gum that is very resistant to shearing forces. lt is sensitive and melts in your mouth.
