ii) CM Seplife® FF Agarose
Agarose matrix, CM group, fast flow, Equivalent to CM Sepharose FF

CM seplife® FF chromatography medium is a new type of highly cross-linked agarose chromatography medium independently developed by Sunresin. It is a weak cation formed by bonding carboxymethyl groups to agarose gel filtration chromatography medium. Ion exchange chromatography media. iii) NI Seplife® 6FF (IDA) Affinity

Ni Chelating Agarose Chromatography (IDA) is binding iminodiacetic acid on 6FF agarose media and then chelating ion of Ni2+ to be as an affinity chromatographic media. iv) Seplife® G series Dextran

The Seplife® dextran ion exchange chromatography resins use the dextran matrix of G series gel filtration chromatography resins (Seplife G-25 and Seplife G-50), and the ion exchange functional ligands of different properties are firmly bonded to the cross-linked dextran matrix.

Dextran ion exchange resins are usually stored in the form of dry powder, which must be swollen before use. It is widely used in low molecular weight proteins such as prothrombin and low molecular weight heparin.
