Apple extract
What is Apple extract?
Apple extract is typically made by grinding or blending fresh apples into a pulpy mixture, which is then processed to extract the juice or concentrated liquid. The process may involve pressing the apple pulp to extract the liquid or using a steam distillation method to extract the essential oils present in the apples.
Once the juice has been extracted, it may be concentrated by removing excess water or subjected to further processing to extract specific phytochemicals or flavonoids.
