MALTOSWEET® -Maltodextrin, dried glucose syrups

MALTOSWEET® Maltodextrins and Dried Glucose Syrups are nutritive corn based sweeteners made from dent and waxy corn starch. MALTOSWEET® Maltodextrins and Dried Glucose syrups are well suited for use with a combination of other ingredients as they offer bulking properties. They are neutral products which are extremely stable and soluble, making them ideal for dry mix applications and dissolving in cold water.

MALTOSWEET® Maltodextrins and Dried Glucose Syrups are available in powder and granular forms, for use in infant formulae and clinical nutrition, in addition to a range of food applications from confectionery to ice cream, dairy desserts, sports drinks, sauces and meat products. Its reduced osmolality improves digestibility compared to lactose, dextrose and other mono- and disaccharides. MALTOSWEET® Maltodextrins and Dried Glucose Syrups are the ideal ingredient for use in sports and dietary products, providing a sustained energy release as the maltodextrins are metabolised in the body.
