Beta carotene

Beta-carotene is found in a host of diverse fruits and veggies (most famously carrots); however, we source ours from blakeslea trispora, a healthy type of fungus.

When ingested, this carotenoid converts to vitamin A, a powerful retinoid and antioxidant with a unique ability to ward off the harmful effects of free radicals. Additionally, beta-carotene has been shown to support healthy immune and cardiovascular systems.
